Two of our Extended Stay Studios are located on the first floor and they have Maine Cottage charm.
One is handicapped accessible and other is a smoking room.

The picture above and to the right features our 1st floor Extended Stay Studio which is one of the original rooms built in the mid 1950's.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchenette, a handicapped accessible bathroom and is non-smoking.

  • The rates are based on double occupancy and do not include 7% Maine State Tax or gratuity.
  • Additional persons are $15.00 per night.
  • Children under 12 stay free.
